Hi. I just wanted to upgrade my Qcad installation and when I do try to access the download link received through email on 2025-06-10 21:34:56 UTC, I do get an error message saying "Item no longer available. The merchant has deleted the item you are attempting to buy. We recommend you contact the merchant directly to find out if it is still possible to obtain the item."

How I can access the downloads again?

P.S. The download page is asking me for Order reference like: "For example: QIIXJXNUI or QIIXJXNUI#1" but my "Order ID" is a six digits number. I never received a "QIIXJXNUI" number.
