Should text and dimensions now be placed in Model Space or in Layouts. Is there a best practice?

Hi,

I think that there is no best practice besides defining them on a dedicated layer.
The outcome (measurement, text height) can depend on the scale.
For example with Viewports but that is quasi automated in QCAD.
