How to display some of all of the toolbars

I see in some of the replies here that the contents of the tools bars are displayed like in the attachments. Thank you

Please see How to Attach a File to a Post

See menu View .. Widgets and Toolbars and make the intended Toolbar(s) visible.
One can drag a Toolbar to a new location.
A toolbar can be docked or floating.
