1. Shipping rates & costs
Shipping cost for worldwide shipping is included in all prices of our DVDs or USB flash drives.
All packages are shipped from Switzerland. Note that physical shipments might be subject to import tax and a customs fees depending on the destination country.
2. Shipping methods and delivery times
All tangible items are shipped through regular priority mail (Swiss Post on our end, your local postal service on your end). No tracking is available.
Delivery within Europe, the EU or the UK usually takes 3-15 business days.
Delivery to the US or Canada usually takes 5-18 business days.
Delivery to Australia or New Zealand usually takes 8-12 business days.
Delivery to other destinations can take 3-20 business days, depending on the location.
3. Missing or lost packages
If you do not receive your shipment within the time indicated above, please contact us and indicate your complete and correct address, so we can double-check your details for a second shipment.
4. Carbon emissions fully offset
All shipments are made through Swiss Post which fully offsets CO2 emissions for all domestic and international consignments.
